By making a booking with Celestial Africa Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Celestial Africa Limited.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Celestial Africa Limited's services, including but not limited to hot air balloon safaris, website usage, and any related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our website or email.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

Passengers must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or medications that may affect their ability to participate safely. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem unfit to fly for safety reasons.
All passengers must attend the pre-flight safety briefing. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the flight without refund. Passengers must follow all instructions from the pilot and crew at all times.

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance as required by Ugandan aviation regulations. However, we strongly recommend that passengers obtain personal travel insurance covering:
Passengers must behave in a manner that ensures the safety and enjoyment of all participants. We reserve the right to remove any passenger who:

Passengers are liable for any damage caused to our equipment or property through negligence or willful misconduct.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We may take photographs or videos during flights for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in writing before your flight.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute arises, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may pursue mediation or legal action as provided by Ugandan law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
